Converse started with bottles, then denim and now they're on to transforming cotton. The sneakers will be created from about 30% to 40% manufacturing waste canvas and regrind rubber. The recycling process creates a texture unique to Renew, that is seen throughout the sneaker. The colors of the sneakers take cues from the earth. The sneakers in the Chuck 70 line will feature contrast panels with a minimalistic screen-printed patch. There will also include two lace options made from polyester laces and a speckled regrind rubber outsole. Not only will be see renew on the Chuck 70 line but also on the All Star line as well.
